How to make your purchase: The fine print 

To place your order, email us your list of items, your name and address, and preferred method of payment.  We will figure your shipping and insurance costs  and prepare your order for shipment.  Please read the rest of this page and click at the bottom of the page to send your order.  All our pieces are guaranteed to be of very good to excellent condition; no chips, cracks, crazing, stains, glaze skips, or repairs and only very minor and unnoticeable use marks at most unless otherwise noted.  Please ask us questions about any pieces you are interested in.  We aim for your complete satisfaction in all transactions.  Please check our feedback rating on Ebay (zeiselmostly) for assurance of our integrity.  We  pack all fragile items securely and charge only for shipping costs and insurance (we will not mail fragile items without insurance), and normally nothing for handling or materials.  
Shipping cost estimates are based on weight -- sometimes our estimate is a little off, but never by more than a dollar or so, and is as often underestimated as over. We ship by the best method, insured, on our next shipping date (usually Wednesday) for cashier's check or money order, and the next shipping date following  a 7-10 day hold for check clearance.
